On 2006, our production technique and high-quality products are praised by Vaupell Molding & Tooling Inc. (www.vaupell.com), the first supplier of Boeing. Then we got the join in of Vaupell’s technique shares and founded the joint venture of Rong Changshen Plastic Mould (Shenzhen) Co. Ltd., i.e. Vaupell China Molding & Tooling.

The company adopts the world advanced workflow for design and production, such as CAD, CAM, CAE, and realized the integration from design to manufacturing. 3D software has also be used for assembly products design and analyze the feature of the molds thus the speed of manufacturing the mold has been highly expedited and the quality and efficiency of production has been greatly improved. After that approval, we have been continually manufacturing a quantity of molds and plastic parts for Boeing 787 customer plane.
